Registration DOES NOT GUARANTEE Compensation in NFL Concussion Settlement

Some former and retired NFL players have the mistaken belief that registration entitles them to compensation from the NFL Concussion Settlement action. And some believe that requesting informatiion in the past means that they don't need to participate in the current registration process.
